Please note that custom items are not eligible for returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase of an in-stock item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package to make arrangements for the return of the item in the same condition as it was sent to you – unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, your purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. All refunds must be made to the original form of payment.
Order cancellation requests made within 24 hours will be honoured unless work has already begun on your item or if the item has been shipped.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item, and I am not responsible for lost packages.
