RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase of an in-stock item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to make arrangements for the return of the item in the same condition as it was sent to you – unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, your purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. All refunds must be made to the original form of payment. Order cancellation requests made within 12 hours will be honoured unless work has already begun on your item or if the item has been shipped.

Due to the nature of the product, digital download patterns are not eligible for refund.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

To keep shipping times to a minimum, we are not currently accepting custom orders.

 

SIZING

All of the newborn props listed are sized to fit the average-sized newborn at 4-10 days of age, and outfits are made to fit without a diaper underneath.

Sitter props have been through lots of sizing checks for accuracy, but if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me before placing your order!

 

SHIPPING

All items listed in the shop are ready to ship (unless marked otherwise), and will be shipped out next days after payment is completed from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada (orders placed after 5pm will be considered placed the following business day).  Rush orders are available in certain circumstances – please contact me before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your schedule! Pick up service is not available at this time.

Orders Within Canada

Standard orders to Canadian addresses are shipped by Oversize Lettermail through Canada Post, which does not come with tracking and typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.  To ensure the lowest shipping charge possible, your order may be split into two envelopes to qualify for this shipping method.  

Expedited Parcel (tracked) is available for larger orders and for those that prefer tracking on their order. These shipments typically arrive in 2-7 days, and is available for a flat rate based on your province. Please choose the “Tracked Shipping” option at checkout.

    The fastest shipping method available within Canada is via Xpresspost, and packages are typically delivered in 1-4 days. If you have a tight deadline to meet, please contact me directly and I can give you the exact delivery standard date for your Postal Code, as well as a price quote. 
      
    Orders to the United States

    Standard orders to US addresses are shipped by small packet through Canada Post, which does not come with tracking and typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Upgraded, tracked shipping is available for larger orders and for those that prefer tracking. Please choose the “USA Tracked Shipping” option at checkout – these packages typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive, but are not date guaranteed.

    All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms.  

    Please note – if an item is received by a customer and returned to us marked “Return to Sender”, or if the item sits unclaimed at the post office and is returned, we become responsible to reimburse Canada Post for the return shipping before we are able to receive the package back. In this instance, this return shipping amount (as well as the original shipping amount) will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer. 


    In an effort to reduce waste, large items will sometimes be shipped in previously-loved boxes!
